For Best Experience

We recommend using a web-based browser like Chrome for the best experience. Video playback, community chat, webinar signups, and general site navigation will benefit from a larger screen.

But if you wish, we do have a robust mobile app! It is completely free and will give you access to all the same content as a web browser.

Your First Week

Step 1 - Schedule Your Homework Time

Plan for about 2 hours each week to dedicate to the lessons and exercises. Remember, as we get further into the program, the amount of weekly exercises will go up!! Be sure that you have time to put in the work!

Also, keep in mind that you will get three additional toolkits over the next 12 weeks, all with their own lessons and homework. Be intentional about carving out the time!

Step 2 - Get A Journal

Get a notebook to record your "ah-ha" moments as you go through the lessons. If you are comfortable, share these with us in the community chat or email them to [email protected] – we love celebrating your progress and understanding what resonates most! When something "clicks" for you, write it down. For example, if you realize you've been pleading or begging (a "PUSH"), note that down.

Step 3 - Find your Weekly Support Call

Support Calls are interactive meetings where you can ask questions about the course material. They are all hosted by a Marriage Helper Certified Coach. There are multiple times offered each week, so find a time that works best for you.

Each Support Call is part of a "Cohort," which is just a fancy way of saying "everyone from this group is at the same point in the course." Each month, one of the Cohorts will start over at lesson 1, while the other cohorts are on lesson 5 and 9. It's best to pick a cohort that is starting at the beginning and stick with them all 12 weeks. You can find meeting times here.

By the way, you are welcome to attend any call at any time, and as many times as you want! You and go though the course as many times as you want. For as long as you are a member, you can always come to the Support Calls.
